With our new help desk system you will be asked to create a new account with your current email address. Once you have ceated your account you will be able to 1) submit new request and 2) check existing requests.

By submitting a work request it allows me to keep better track of all the technical issues that need to be done. When you submit a request it will give us the technical details and contact information we need to get your issue taken care of in a timely matter.
